Some advice

For those mid to low level management types out there. Here is some advice. No recognition equals no motivation. Don't assume that the paycheck is recognition enough. Strolling in and not saying hello to your employees as you pass them throughout will de-motivate your employees real quick. You act like you don't care, then there is no need for them to care either.
