New games coming out
Waiting for Brink to come out this Tuesday. It's double xp weekend in black ops but I'm not enthusiastic about it at all. Prestige rewards are completely worthless after you get to 9th prestige and open your 10th custom class. Gold camo is cool but its not worth another 5 prestiges. Especially now when I will be playing Brink the bulk of my free time until September when Rage comes out. Then it will be on to Skyrim.
PSN is still down. I have to say I don't really feel sorry for the Sony fanboys out there and their broke ass network. I haven't really dived in too deep into PSN but in going through the GUI I have yet to see how to friend anyone else. I'd like to become friends with a couple PS3 guys I know but whole interface is so user unfriendly I just play Sony's first party games for their single player, even though I did like the Killzone 2 multiplayer when I tried it. I eventually will pick up Killzone 3 and Uncharted 3 but those are going to happen a long time from now when they go down in price after their release.
I have soured on Nintendo to the point where I don't care about their next gen console in the least. I'll stick with Microsoft not just for the games but the network. I stream Netflix and now Hulu Plus so there is no way I will be splurging on a next gen system other than Microsoft's.
