Living conditions suck

I don't get these ghetto pieces of shit living in the front of my building. They live like animals and just fuck up whatever neighborhood they live in. What I don't get is why don't they ever stay inside? I guess because they have nothing in their homes so they just roam the streets. Cops were outside today and I asked what was going on. One of them was a guy I wrestled with in high school and he told me about how these pieces of shit are dealing outside my building. There are always pieces of shit hanging around outside and our absentee landlord and supers never do anything about it. So they like living with that trash outside our building? Gonna start looking for a new place. We need to get out of this shitty neighborhood, badly. Don't these people every want to better themselves? Get jobs and not be on welfare? Hate this area and what it has become. Our trips out to Salem and New Mexico really showed us that different kinds of people can exist in this country. I totally see now why people move away from highly populated areas. They become shit after a while. I have come to hate East Chicago and want to leave as soon as possible.
