Why do neighbors suck?

So we have these asshole neighbors next door to us. Their yard is a virtual junkyard. They are usually drunk or high and are the loudest ignorant fucks you will ever come across. To make it worse, their retarded kids are turning out just as loud. Get this, their one weird boy is home schooled. He probably is so because he would get his little social skills lacking ass kicked on a regular basis at a normal school. And when you call the cops, they don't really care until you call over and over again. Real nice. It's because of assholes like them that people want to move to the country with no neighbors around them. What sucks is that these people obviously have no fucking jobs. They come out on a Monday night and make all kinds of noise. Obviously no reason for them to get a good night's sleep...the lazy asses don't need to go anywhere in the morning.
